Sthathu has a profit share arrangement with Pulse Property Group in a select portfolio of residences accommodating tertiary education students.
Pulse effectively entered the low to middle income housing market in 2000 and initially focussed on acquiring and on-selling separate title houses and sectional title flats across the country.
Pulse currently owns and manages approximately 1,300 residential units in 35 apartment buildings/cluster complexes countrywide, as well as 27 student residences, accommodating close to 2,500 students.
Additionally, Pulse has been appointed as the property manager for Elwandle Properties (Pty) Ltd, (wholly owned by Old Mutual's Housing Impact Fund South Africa), and manages approximately 650 residential units in 8 apartment buildings/cluster complexes and 9 student residences, accommodating close to 1,750 students.
